Refunds for Banned Members & Fraud Cases

Banned Members

  • Refund (full/prorated) only if requested via case.

  • Users must be Kount Declined before processing.

Fraud Accounts

  • All fraud-related deletions (Fraud/Scam, Bank Account Scam, unauthorized access) are automatically refunded.

  • If not refunded, process a manual refund via U2P.
