Generous members on our website use credits to unlock communication with other members. Occasionally, they may be dissatisfied with their interaction and request a credit refund. As a standard policy, we do not typically issue refunds based on user dissatisfaction. However, there are specific guidelines to follow when determining whether a refund is appropriate.
Process for Handling Credit Refund Requests:
Initial Steps:
- Collect the names of the Attractive users that the Generous member is complaining about.
- Check the Generous member’s credit or offer history to confirm they have spent credits on the specified Attractive users.
- Review the Generous member’s mailbox to gather additional context.
Do Not Issue Credits If:
- Either member has shared personal contact information.
- The messages suggest they have met in person or gone on a date.
- More than 10 messages have been exchanged back and forth without sharing contact information.
- The conversation occurred over 90 days ago.
When to Issue Credits:
- The Attractive user has not opened or responded to the Generous user’s message.
- Less than 10 messages have been exchanged.
- The Attractive user's message(s) imply they accepted a date or trip but had no intention of following through, or they only accepted to inform the Generous user they were not interested.
- The Attractive user is violating the terms, such as engaging in Scamming/Phishing activities (e.g., asking for money upfront).
Special Circumstances:
- If the Generous user claims that the Attractive user is fraudulent (e.g., escort, prostitute, underage), and the Attractive user’s account has not yet been suspended, conduct a thorough investigation.
- Review the messages between the Generous and Attractive users for any evidence supporting the fraud claim.
- If fraud is confirmed, follow the account suspension process.
- In certain situations, agents may decide to issue a credit even without clear evidence, based on multiple reports or as a courtesy. Use your judgment or consult with a supervisor if necessary.
Important Notes:
- Credits are no longer issued during severing. Any required refunds in these cases must be handled manually.
Summary:
Follow these guidelines when determining whether to refund credits for a Generous member's dissatisfaction. Always ensure the process is fair, consistent, and based on available evidence. Use discretion when evaluating special circumstances and consult with a supervisor if needed.
