These accounts are regularly reviewed by the LV team from the u2p-alert-multiple-cc Slack channel.
If you do have to review the account, you will want to evaluate it for potential billing fraud.
- Some things to look at are going to be:
- Kount transactions
- Account activity/information
- Payment history.
If you decide that the account looks okay
- Reinstate the account
- Check the account's main Use2Pay page to see if you need to unblock the account
- Respond to the user with %kver%
If the account looks fraudulent, Fraud Delete it and send %fdel%
