Can I change my birthday?

We only allow users to update their Date of Birth twice after registration. 

If the requested DOB is either 10+ years above or below the listed DOB, the user must provide ID

• We will only need to see their photo and their DOB, everything else can be blurred

Seeking Steps-

1st Change

1. Confirm the user’s preferred DOB 

• Remember to check the user’s ID if there is a large gap (10+ years)

2. Click into user’s account

3. In the profile tab, scroll down in the profile details section until you find their date of birth

4. Toggle the Birthday Month, Birthday Day and / or Birthday Year drop downs accordingly

5. Click the “Save” button located under the user’s text content

6. Inform user of the successful change.

2nd Time Change

1. Verify the user’s ID

• We will only need to see their photo and their DOB, everything else can be blurred

2. Click into user’s account

3. In the profile tab, scroll down in the profile details section until you find their date of birth

4. Toggle the Birthday Month, Birthday Day and / or Birthday Year drop downs accordingly

5. Click the “Save” button located under the user’s text content

6. Inform user of the successful change.

5. Select “Change DOB”
6. Toggle the Birthday Month, Birthday Day and / or Birthday Year drop downs accordingly
7. Click “Change Birthdate”
