How do I change my account type?

Seeking- 

We only allow users to change their Account type twice after registration. 

  • The first change is incase they selected the incorrect account type at registration 

  • The second change is incase they decided they actually had the right account type to begin with.


Steps-

1. Confirm the user’s preferred account type

  • Remember to clarify the difference between Attractive and Generous

For Male Generous users requesting to change account type to Attractive:

  • Some generous males request this change so they don’t have to pay for a membership without knowing the actual difference between the 2 account types.

  • Double check with them if that is really the best option for them

2. Click into the user’s account

3. In the profile tab, you’ll see “Account Type” in the profile details section as the first dropdown. 

4. Toggle the drop down accordingly and select the preferred Account Type

5. Click the “Save” button located under the user’s text content

6. Inform user of the successful change.



WYP- 

We do not currently have the the ability to change a user’s Account type. If a user requests this change, please instruct them to deactivate their current account and create a new one.
