How can I change my gender?

Some common reasons for a user to request a gender change might include:

• They selected the incorrect gender at registration

• The user identifies as gender neutral

  • Note that we currently only have a “Male” and a “Female” gender option for our users, so a member who is gender neutral (identifies as both or neither gender) might request the change from time to time

Having said that, we do not have a limit for how many times user can request this change. However, it is recommended to check the account for any suspicious activity just incase.

Seeking

1. Confirm the user’s preferred gender

2. Click into the user’s account

3. In the profile tab, you’ll see “Sex” in the profile details section as the second dropdown

4. Toggle the drop down accordingly and select the preferred gender

5. Click the “Save” button located under the user’s text content

6. Inform user of the successful change.

We do not currently have the the ability to change a user’s Gender. If a user requests this change, please instruct them to deactivate their current account and create a new one.
