Why hasn't my content still pending approval?

Pending Content Approval

If a user's content is still pending approval, inform them that the moderation process typically takes 24-48 hours.
If the content has been pending for more than 48 hours, follow these steps:
1. Review the Content: Check the moderation system to confirm its status.
2. Refer to the Guidelines: Assess whether the content meets the moderation criterialisted below:
  - Does it violate community guidelines or ToU?
  - Does it contain prohibited content (e.g., explicit material, hate speech, personal attacks)?
  - Is additional review required by a senior moderator?
3. Take Action:
  - If the content meets guidelines, manually approve it if permitted.
  - If it does not meet guidelines, manually deny the content
  - Inform the user of the decision.

Profile Text Denial Reasons

Inappropriate Profile Content

Profanity
- Any casual cursing/swearing, censored or uncensored
- Temp Denial Reason: Profanity
- Examples:
  - Explicit cursing
    - “I want to make you my bitch”
    - “I love when a guy does cute shit for his girl”
  - “Censored” words
    - (sh*t, b*tch, f*ck, d*mn, etc.)
  - Acronyms
    - (WTF, BS, AF)
Rude or Disrespectful
- Text that is rude, disrespectful, or offensive toward individuals or groups
- Temp Denial Reason: Other - "Inappropriate"
- Examples:
  - “Most people on here are a waste of time”
  - “If you voted for XXXX, you can suck a banana”
  - “No fatties”
Vulgarity
- Crude, indecent, or sexually explicit language
- Temp Denial Reason: Asking or offering sex, Sexually explicit
- Examples:
  - Reference to sexual organs.
    - “I like wet p***y”
    - “I have a big c**k”
  - Asking for or offering sexual acts/ favors
    - “I’m looking for someone who is good in the bedroom”
    - “I’m in town looking for a one-night stand”
    - “Anyone trying to hook up?”
    - “I want someone who will please me sexually”
  - Any reference to sexual acts or favors
    - “I’m really into bj’s”
    - “I don’t like anal”
  - Anything that can be deemed sexually explicit/graphic in nature
    - Kinks
    - BDSM
    - Dom/sub
Discrimination
- Prejudice based on race, ethnicity, sexuality, gender identity, etc.
- Temp Denial Reason: Headline contains preferences
- Examples:
  - Racial or homophobic slurs targeting specific groups.
  - Statements implying racial superiority or inferiority.
  - Discussing preferences specifically in relation to Race or Ethnicity
Illegal Activity
- Discussion or promotion of illegal acts
- Temp Denial Reason: Other (Note - Inappropriate)
- Examples:
  - Drug use
  - Violence
  - Minors
  - Etc.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

Any details that could identify an individual or allow contact
Includes:
- Contact information (full names, phone numbers, email addresses)
- Social media handles, website links, URLs, or references to online content
- Attempts to hide PII within profile content
Temp Denial Reason: Personally Identifiable Info or External Links
Examples:
- “if i favorite you connect me on tele?❤️❤️❤️gram using the heading of my profile”
- “Sexy3️⃣ 3️⃣ 3️⃣that 3️⃣ 3️⃣ 3️⃣ my way3️⃣ 3️⃣ 3️⃣ 3️⃣”

Not Properly Filled Out

Insufficient or illegible content
- Keyboard smash to meet character requirements
- Placeholder text
- Temp Denial Reason: Not properly filled out
- Examples:
  - "will fill out later"
  - "idk what to write"
  - "blah blah blah"
Incorrect Use of First Names
- Temp Denial Reason: Not properly filled out
- Examples:
  - Approved- "John" "Samantha" "TimothyC"
  - Denied- "xoxolydia" "MisterRight" "HandsomeGuy"
    1. Any First Name including emojis
Duplicate Text Fields
- Identical text across different fields
- Temp Denial Reason: Duplicate descriptions
Repeated Sentences
- Example: "Quiero vivir situaciones excepcionales. Quiero vivir situaciones excepcionales."
- Temp Denial Reason: Not properly filled out

Commercial Activity

Attempts to charge for services or promote businesses
Includes:
- Selling photos/videos, products (underwear, clothing, etc.)
- Offering massages, OnlyFans/Patreon promotion
- Hiring employees or recruiting for modeling gigs
Temp Denial Reason: Commercial activity
Examples:
- “I am a photographer looking for models”
  - Deny Content and FD
- “I also sell pics, DM me if interested”
  - Deny Content and SWS for commercial activity
- “Looking for roommate”
  - Deny Content and SWS for commercial activity
- “I’ll give you a massage for $”
  - Deny Content and SWS for commercial activity
- “Looking for a new personal assistant”
  - Deny Content and FD

Online-Only Relationship

Users requesting to keep interactions exclusively online with no intent to meet in person
Temp Denial Reason: Online arrangement
Examples:
- Approve-
  - “I’m interested in meeting in person, but I’d like to get to know you online first”
  - “Looking to start talking online for a bit until I’m comfortable enough to meet in person if that's okay.”
- Deny-
  - “I’m only interested in online relationships”
  - “I’m not looking to meet up in person, online only plz”

Compensated Companionship

Compensated Companionship

Seeking relationships based on money exchanges
Includes:
- Mention of money, specific amounts, PPM, allowance, sugar terms

Photo Approval Guidelines

Misrepresentation

User must be at least partially visible and identifiable
Deny if:
- Photos feature only objects, scenery, or pets without the user
- Group photos with 4+ people
- Stock photos
- Celebrity/influencer images
- AI-generated images
- Heavily edited photos where the user is unrecognizable

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

Deny if includes:
- Personal information (social media usernames, personal emails, phone numbers, full names)
- Website links, screenshots of Instagram photos, or images with links to social platforms
- Model agency or photography watermarks

Minors in Photos

Absolutely NO minors (under 18) allowed in photos
Deny if includes:
- Visible minors (front and center or in background)
- Family photos with minors
- Childhood photos of adult users

Sexually Explicit Content

Deny if includes:
- Complete nudity (even if covered digitally)
- Body paint as sole coverage
- Sheer or see-through clothing
- Visible female nipples
- Visible pelvic regions
- Erect penis (even if covered)
- Bare or nearly bare bottoms

Inappropriate Photos

Deny if includes:
- Guns or weapons
- Violence or graphic injuries
- Drugs or drug paraphernalia (excluding marijuana)
- Any offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate content

When a user uploads multiple copies of the same image

Primary Photo Approval Guidelines

Primary Photo Definition: The main profile picture visible to others
Must be:
- A clear, unobstructed view of the user’s face
- Only the user in the photo

Explicit or Provocative Imagery

Deny if includes:
- Lingerie or undergarments
- Shirtless males
- Indoor bikini/swimwear photos
- Provocative poses (e.g., bending over, touching sensitive areas)

Indirect Photo Content

Deny if:
- Full, unobstructed face is not clearly visible
- User is too far away to be recognized
- Group photos
