If a user writes in regarding an account deletion, start by checking into their account to see the Fraud deletion reason.
- Fraud/Scam- This means the account was found to be fraudulent. Please let the user know that their account has been permanently removed and we are unable to reinstate it. Make sure to check if a purchase was refunded upon fraud deleting.
- Bank Account Scam- This means the user was found to be requesting bank account information or sending fake checks. Please let the user know that their account has been permanently removed and we are unable to reinstate it.
- Unauthorized Access- This means that the user’s account was taken over. When this happens, the legitimate user is still welcome to create a new account, however, they will need to use a new email / password combination to prevent future unauthorized access attempt.
- Escort- This means that the user was found to be an escort/ offering escort services either by the agent finding the user’s information linked to escort sites, or offering escort services directly on the site.
- Business Promotion/Member Recruiting- This means that the user’s sole purpose for using the site is to promote a business, hire employee’s, etc. This may also be used for pimps and potential human traffickers
- Other- This is for any time the account must be permanently removed and banned and does not fit the above reasons
