Why was my photo denied?

When a user inquires about why their content was denied, follow these steps to assist them:

  1. Review the content in question to determine the specific denial reason.

  2. Educate the user on potential reasons based on the following guidelines.

  3. Direct them to the Photo and Video Guidelines page for further clarification.

General Photo Guidelines

When uploading either a public or private photo, users must adhere to the following rules. Photos that violate these guidelines will be denied, and repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Acceptable Photos:

  • Photos must include the user.

  • Partial face photos (bottom nose to chin).

  • Partially blurred or masked photos.

  • Clothed photos of the user’s body without the face.

  • Photos with luxury items (houses, cars, yachts) as long as the user is also present.

  • Photos of the user's body where all private areas are fully covered.

Unacceptable Photos:

  • Photos without the user (e.g., stock images, celebrities, objects, landscapes).

  • Extreme close-ups (focused solely on lips, hands, feet, chest).

  • Photos featuring minors (including family photos, childhood pictures, or any images where minors appear in the background).

  • Nude or sexually explicit photos, including:

    • Full nudity

    • See-through clothing

    • Exposed pelvic regions

    • Sheer lingerie

    • Body paint coverage

    • Sexually suggestive poses

  • Photos containing illegal or inappropriate content, such as:

    • Weapons

    • Drug paraphernalia

    • Graphic injuries or violence

    • Currency

  • Duplicate photos (repeated uploads of the same image).

  • Photos sourced from third parties, including:

    • Other Seeking members

    • Copyrighted content

    • Social media images

    • Professional photos with visible watermarks

  • Improperly rotated or cropped images (sideways or incomplete images).

  • Photos displaying personal contact information or business logos, such as:

    • Email addresses

    • Phone numbers

    • Social media handles

    • Watermarks

Primary Profile Photo Guidelines

Your primary profile photo is the first image other users see and must meet specific visibility standards.

Requirements:

  • Your face must be clearly visible.

    • No masks, extreme shadows, or far-distance shots.

  • Only include yourself.

    • No group photos, even if you are the main focus.

  • Authentic representation.

    • Overly edited or AI-generated photos may be denied.

Primary Photos That Will NOT Be Accepted:

  • Provocative poses or suggestive imagery, including:

    • Bending over

    • Excessive body contact

    • Fully clothed but touching private regions

  • Indoor swimwear, lingerie, or shirtless photos are not allowed as a primary profile photo.
