Violations Breakdown

Tier 1 Violations (Minor Infractions)

• Excessive Rudeness: Includes unwarranted cursing, abusive/derogatory language.

• Nudity: Uploading sexually explicit images.

• Inappropriate Profile Content: Text-based violations such as abusive or explicit language.

• Inappropriate Photos: Violations such as violent images or animal harm.

• Inappropriate Messages: Includes offensive, sexually explicit, or vulgar messages.

• Commercial Activity: Selling goods/services such as photos, webcamming, or surrogacy.

Tier 3 Violations (Serious Threats)

• Threats from a Member: Threats of violence, doxxing, intimidation.

• Physical Assault: Sexual or physical violence, requires police reports or multiple reports.

• Theft: Fraudulent financial transactions or stolen property.

• User Deceased or Missing: Verified by reports, obituaries, or news articles.

• Picture Not of the Person: AI-generated or fake images.

• Suspected Underage: Accounts flagged for age verification.

• Manual Suspension: Used for miscellaneous TOU violations.

Tier 4 Violations (Criminal & High-Risk Activity)

• Soliciting Sex for Compensation: Requires evidence of both sexual intent and compensation.

• Scamming/Phishing: Financial deception, upfront payments, blackmail.

• Escort Terminology: Use of common escort-related terms.

• Other Suspected Criminal Activity: Includes felons, blackmail, immigration fraud, bestiality, drug-related offenses, stalking, or harassment.

• Potentially Seeking Underage: Requires review under the Engaging with Minors Tier System.
