Engaging w/ Minors Tier System

Overview: "Underage" refers to users who are under 18 years old. This applies regardless of the legal age of consent in the user’s state or country. Our tier system addresses the actions of members who continue to engage with minors after their age is disclosed.

Tier System:

1. RED - Banned

   • Action: The member is permanently banned from Seeking Arrangement and any related sister sites.
   • Conditions for RED:
     • Continues pursuing an arrangement after the minor discloses their age.
     • Continues sending sexually driven messages.
     • Any exchange of contact information.
     • References anything sexual with a minor (e.g., referencing children).
   • Required Actions:
     • Select the "Pause Archive" button to save the member’s account history for legal purposes.
     • Include "RED - BANNED" or %RED% - BANNED in the admin note.
     • Always include proof in the note (e.g., conversation links, "See User Reports").
   • Definition of Pursuing an Arrangement:
     • Any attempt to coordinate or discuss details of a desired arrangement.
     • Examples of "pursuing an arrangement" include:
       • "Are you okay with meet-ups?"
       • "Can you host?"
       • "I usually do PPM, if that’s okay with you."
       • "Let’s talk details" + contact info (phone, email, username, WhatsApp, etc.).
   • Example Scenario:
     A member continues to engage sexually with a minor after their age is disclosed and tries to exchange contact information. This should result in a %RED% - BANNED status.

2. YELLOW - Suspended (Must Agree to Terms Again)

   • Action: The member’s account is temporarily suspended and they must agree to the Terms of Use again.
   • Conditions for YELLOW:
     • Engages with a minor (non-sexual messages) after the age is disclosed.
     • Fails to report the minor.
     • Eligible for another chance only if no contact information was exchanged.
     • Requesting private photos: This is considered a form of continued engagement, but not an attempt to pursue an arrangement.
   • Required Actions:
     • Include "YELLOW" or %YELLOW% in the admin note.
     • Always include proof in the note (e.g., conversation links, "See User Reports").
   • Note: If a member requests private photos but does not pursue a sexual arrangement or exchange contact information, it may fall under YELLOW.
   • Example Scenario:
     A member requests a private photo from a minor but does not further engage or attempt to exchange contact information. This would be considered %YELLOW% because the member continues to engage in a non-sexual manner but does not report the minor.

Important Notes:

• Underage refers to individuals under 18 years old, regardless of local consent laws.
• Members who continue to engage with minors or fail to report them are in violation of our Terms of Use.
• Always document proof (e.g., conversations, links, user reports) when enforcing any tier status.
