Clarification on the different types of violating Terminology

Much of the terminology we'll be moderating deals with sensitive/explicit subject matter. It's important that we are familiar with this terminology so we can make educated decisions about User activity, and ensure it adheres to our Terms of Use.

Discussing Sex Acts + any type of compensation ($$, gifts, favors, drugs)

Exception: If using specific phrases/words that fall under Escort Terminology, the profile should be actioned as such. Example: It's gonna be 100 roses to give you a blow job. Fraud Delete for Escort

Soliciting Sex In Exchange For Compensation �Review the current list of SS4$ Terms here. Keep this in mind when determining if something is blatant SS4$ or not: �"Sex" is defined as "genital manipulation" (per our Legal team). �"Compensation" can be defined as "providing payment for a service or product". �If the violation is a blatant or heavily implied exchange of Sex Act + Compensation ($$, gifts, favors, drugs), the user will be given +1 chance and then banned on the 2nd offense. Please do not inform them of the messages being reported.

Specific terms associated with Escorts and Escort Clientele (based on our internal Escort Terminology list)

Escort Terms

Fraud Delete - "Escort" SWS - "Escort Terminology"

Example: I'm available tonight for Full Service. Example: Dates with me are no longer than 1/2 hour.

Exception: If using terms that qualify to Fraud Delete for "Escort"... �Only Fraud Delete a User who is offering Escort Services (usually the Attractive User) �Established Users � or a person requesting Escort services -- using these terms should be banned (for either Escort Terminology or SS4$, depending on the words used). Example: Would you meet me for dinner + hotel tonight? I have 100 roses in it for you. SWS for SS4$

Escort Terms �Review the list of Escort Terminology and Escort Flags here �Only action for Escort-related violations IF the Member is using Escort Terms from the "Escort Terminology" list. �If the Member is using terms NOT listed in the Escort Terminology list, do not action for an Escort-related violation. Instead, refer to Soliciting Sex In Exchange For Compensation. If that doesn't provide clarification, speak to Leadership. �If a Member admits to being an Escort or if they have a profile/advertisement on an Escort website, they are to be FRAUD DELETED. �Some Escort Terms require different penalties to be implemented, such as Stick Warning for "Using Escort Terminology" or Fraud Deleting for "Escort" -- pay close attention to the Terms List when issuing penalties. �"Escort FLAGS" is a different list than "Escort TERMINOLOGY". Be aware of which resource you're referring to before you action a Profile.

Red Flags; Commonly used by Escorts/Clients. Also common in Trafficking situations. Non-actionable by themselves, but should alert an Agent to potential violating activity; Agents should investigate further and only action Profile if violations are identified.

Example: I'm offering companionship and playtime, for the right Established User.

Escort Flags

Investigate for actionable violations (most likely Escort Terminology or SS4$)

Escort Flags �Review the list of Escort Terminology and Escort Flags here It's possible that some of these terms can be used in conversation without intention to solicit. However, due to the high rate at which they ARE used in the Sex Worker community, if you see them being used by someone on the site, then that profile is more likely to be committing related violations. This is why the "Escort Flags" may not be directly incriminating, but should still trigger Agents to approach with caution and investigate thoroughly.

The following terms can be used in Looker Dashboards or as a reference for Red Flags in Profile Content and Messages � specifically regarding Sexual Predators or Child Exploitation.

REMEMBER...

Anytime there are multiple violations of a different type, you should action the more serious of the 2 violations and include the other in your Admin notes. Be sure to include any direct links to proof/evidence of the violation AND notate whether they are banned.
