Users who need assistance updating their payment methods

We currently do not have an easy way for users to update their credit cards. If the account is set up for renewals, the subscription will need to be canceled before they can remove a card. 


In order to add a new card, they will need to start a new subscription with that information. 


In cases where a member has a current subscription, send %newcc%. If the member does not have a current subscription/membership send %savedcc%.
