Promotions
Throughout the year, we will offer users both holiday specific as well as ongoing promotions. To see what promotions are currently running and details, click here.
We will only honor promotions for those who reach out within the promotion's timeframe.
If the user is claiming that they've received an email or pop-up for one of our ongoing promotions (usually a 33% or 20% for inactive users), send %promo% to request proof that they received an offer.
If the user is asking for a promotion and there are no sales currently running, send %coup%
If the user reaches out after the promotion has already expired, send %nopromo%
Promotions do not currently work on the GooglePlay app. Send %gpromo%
If a user is saying they are having trouble using the promotion link or pop-up, send %plink% and fill it in with the appropriate link from the promo page.
If the user is having trouble paying online but wants to take advantage of the promotion, send %pform%
If a user mentions that the promotion didn't work and they paid full price, try to offer them the difference of amount in days of membership and send %pdiff%.
If the user has an issue with that, you can offer them a partial refund of the difference in price. Send %proref%
